Suggestion for next version
« on: May 17, 2009, 01:13:39 AM »
- The "New" icon should be changed to mimic a play button www.filmfactory.at/Grafics/play-button2.jpg

- The ability to add new channel

- The ability to modify the buffer part (at least instruction how to do so)

What you mean by the "New" icon?

- The ability to add new channel
Will be in the next versions.

- The ability to modify the buffer part (at least instruction how to do so)
At now you can change the buffer size in preferences of Windows Media Player:
- Right click on Windows Media Player to invoke the context menu
- Go to "Tools" -> "Options..."
- Select "Performance" tab, and then click on "Buffer" and enter buffer size.

When will the next version coming out?
I can not say exactly the date, but I think within a month will be a new minor version with corrected offline channels and new channels.

Hello Alexander,

The new YouTube XL is a hit. Can RevoluTV be able to pull in (user defineable) youtube "channel"?

I've had at least 5 or 6 TVs installed.

As far as the TV interface and the channel selector go, I think Revolu is best.  The one area I would like to see addressed is the ability for the user to add channels.

If I could add the channels I like to watch, I doubt I would use any other player.  Right now, I need to keep at least one other TV installed that I can add Fox 8 News out of Cleveland and a couple other channels I like to watch.  And since the broadcasters change their URLs from time to time, the ability to revise or add the channel URLs becomes even more important.

But Revolu is a great TV.  Thanks for all the hard work you do.

The ability to add custom channels to favorites will be added in next version.
